Do I need to watch every session live or will I be able to watch a recording?
Yes, all ticket holders will receive free access to recordings of conference sessions after the conference has finished. Note: you will only be able to access recordings of sessions for the days you booked tickets for e.g. if you purchase a ticket for Days 1 and 2, you will receive those recordings, if you purchase a full access ticket you will receive all recordings from the 4 days.
How do I view conference sessions on the day?
Click on the link in your email and sign in to Zoom Events using your regular Zoom log-in (must be the one linked to the email you used when booking). This process can take up to 5 minutes.
Click on Join Lobby and it will prompt you to open the Zoom app (desktop). From here, you can view all the Sessions, bookmark them to add to your Itinerary and view Sponsors info and special offers.
When a session has started, you will see an option to join the session. Read this Zoom Support page for more info.
How long will the recording be available?
The recording will be available for 7 days through the Zoom event lobby. however, we will be making our own recordings which will be made available through the Member section of this website for 3 months after the conference has finished.

How soon do I need to book tickets?
Tickets will be available to purchase until the end of the conference (4pm on Sunday the 13th of February 2022), so even if you decide last minute to attend and have missed some of the live sessions, you will be able to access the recording afterwards.
How do I access special offers for ticket holders?
Once you have booked your ticket, you can access special offers by clicking on the event link and going to the 'Sponsors' tab. Click to see more information on sponsors and scroll down to the 'PDF Downloads' section to download the special offer.
Will there be an opportunity to ask speakers questions during the sessions?
Yes - you can ask questions during live sessions through the chat function in Zoom. A moderator will ask questions of the speaker throughout the presentation or save them until the end. If you aren't able to watch the session live, you can submit your questions to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the session (please state which session your question is relevant to) so you can hear the answer in the session recording at a later time.
Do I need a Zoom account to access the conference?
Yes, you can not buy tickets without having a Zoom account. The basic Zoom account is free, so follow the prompts to register when you register for the conference.
Where can I view more information about the speakers and sessions?
When you click on the Zoom Events link, you will see tabs for Sessions and Speakers. Just click on the image for more information.
